Rooms may be reserved with the last night’s rental paid in advance by: Visa, MasterCard or Discover. The balance may be paid upon arrival. Cash is accepted with a $50.00 refundable deposit upon inspection at time of checkout by the manager on duty.
Check-in is 3:00 p.m., Check-out is 11:00 a.m. Registration is at the front desk of the on-site grocery store. When departing, keys may be turned in to the front desk clerk, or if the store is closed you may leave the key on the dresser of the motel room. A late check-out will result in a $50.00 fee.
With a 72-hour (3 days) notice, we will give a full refund, minus a $10.00 processing fee, per night, per room reserved. With a notice of 24-hours or less there will be NO REFUND. Cancellation with less than a three day notice will result in a partial refund issued at the owner’s discretion. A $10.00 processing fee will be retained per night, per room reserved. Cancellations may be issued in writing, in person, or over the phone to Ralph, Melissa, or Rachel Harmon.
You are responsible for each night reserved and deposit is for the LAST night of the rental agreement.
Guests are not permitted to remove any motel property from rooms. An inventory will be taken after your departure. If items are missing or broken due to abuse, a replacement fee will be charged to your credit card, or your cash deposit will be retained. You will be notified in writing of any charges to your credit card with an itemized list (towels, pillows, T.V….).
Each room is rented to 2 adults at a standard fee. A $7.00 fee is added for each additional adult. Children 16 and under may stay at no additional charge with parents or guardians. There is a $10.00 additional pet fee, per night. Children and pets are the responsibility of the adults who sign the registration card. Pets cannot be left unattended unless crated. Pets should be walked on leashes and cleaned up after. Please advise the front desk about cleaning instructions if you have a pet (is the pet caged, are they friendly, etc).
Guests are prohibited from engaging in any unlawful activity, or activities that are a nuisance to other guests. Violation will result in eviction without a refund. Guests will be held liable for any damages to the property, contents, or grounds.
Smoking is allowed in designated smoking rooms only, or outside. Failure to adhere to the smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the $50.00 cash deposit, or a $50.00 charge to your credit card. No smoking in the grill, store, or music room next to the store.
Owners will not be held liable for circumstances beyond their control, including unfavorable weather, disruption of utility services, and/or mandatory evacuation, and refunds will not be given. Guests agree to release Manager and Owner from and against any liability should anyone be injured upon the premises during the term of occupancy resulting from any cause whatsoever, except in the case of personal injury caused by willful gross negligence on the part of the Manager. Owners reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. Owners reserve the right to modify the rules and regulations at any time without notice.
